2. Retreat Cancellation and Adjustment

2.1 Retreat Adjustment Option: If you are unable to attend a retreat for which you have paid, you may transfer your booking to another retreat of your choice within one year, subject to availability.

2.2 Price Adjustment: If the cost of the new retreat differs from the original booking, the price difference must be adjusted. You will either receive a credit for the overpayment or be required to pay the difference if the new retreat is more expensive.
