2. Bookings and Payments

• Advance Payment Requirement: Payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking for any session or retreat. Without full payment, your booking will not be secured.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via , Debit cards, UPI, RazorPay & Bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely.
• Booking Confirmation: Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.

3. Confidentiality

• Data Privacy: All personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing the service.
• Exceptions: Confidentiality may be breached if required by law, or if there is a concern for your safety or the safety of others.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds for any of our services, including retreats, Reiki healing, Tarot readings, and numerology sessions. Please consider this before making a booking.
• Retreat Adjustment: If you are unable to attend a retreat for which you have paid, you may transfer your booking to another retreat of your choice within one year, subject to availability. Any price difference must be adjusted accordingly.
• Session Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indian Judiciary. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Uttarkhand, India.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
